COMMUNICATION STRATEGIST
Creates engaging content to attract audiences, optimizes for traffic growth, and cultivates meaningful community engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities
Research and write high-quality, engaging blog posts on various topics related to the website's niche.
Plan, schedule, and manage blog posts to ensure consistency and timely publication and also create comprehensive communication plans to achieve website goals and objectives.
Optimize blog posts for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic and develop clear, concise, and compelling key messages that resonate with the target audience.
Share blog posts on social media platforms to increase reach, engagement and develop various types of content, such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
Respond to comments, answer questions, and interact with readers to build a loyal community.
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive website traffic.
Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify the website's message and reach.
Track website analytics, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.

HEAD OF REGIONAL OPERATIONS (VOLUNTEERING)
Manages all volunteering partners' activities to ensure efficient operations and engagement. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Supervising regional volunteer coordinators and their various teams to ensure effective work done.
Assisting in selecting, training and supporting regional volunteers.
Keeping track of the working rate and strategies of all volunteers across the regions.
TECHNICAL OFFICERS
Technical Officers will handle the provision of technical support to facilitate the foundation’s events and initiatives. Note that specifications recquired includes, Frontend, Backend and a UI/UX creative.
Responsibilities
Working hand in hand with the Chief Technology Officer to implement and maintain the technical systems of the foundation. These systems include; Websites, mobile Apps and database of the foundation.
Front-End developer:Design and implement user interfaces using computer programming languages as well as tools to enhance user experience.
Back-End Developer:Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support website functionality.
UI/UX Creative:Design intuitive user experiences and create user-friendly interface designs to ensure seamless interaction.
Provide assistance on the use of the foundation’s technical systems and also analyzing and fixing technical issues for the foundation executives and partners.
Bring on board innovative ideas on new technologies to help improve the efficiency of the foundation’s technical systems.
VOLUNTEERING COORDINATOR
The volunteering coordinator will manage and support the recruitment and engagement activities of volunteers. These activities include:
Responsibilities
Selection of volunteers to support the foundation’s initiatives.
Provide guidance and training resources for volunteers and their respective duties.
Assigning tasks and ensuring effective work done by the volunteers.
Stand in as the Foundation by addressing various concerns raised by volunteers.
